ffbaje Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ffbaje ("ffbaje", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ffbaje.net. These Terms apply to all services offered through the ffbaje platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual sports, promotional offers, and all financial transactions conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and any other accepted payment method.

By registering an account on ffbaje, by logging in to an existing account, or by accessing any game, feature, or service on the platform — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ffbaje platform.

ffbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, a notice will be published on the ffbaje platform indicating the date of the update. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail. The governing language of all communications, disputes, and agreements between you and ffbaje is English.

To register and maintain an ffbaje account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The ffbaje platform is strictly for adults. Creating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, a person under the age of 18 is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial agents may not register accounts on ffbaje.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered to you personally.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through ffbaje's responsible gaming tools or directed by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of ffbaje or any of its technology or payment service partners.
• Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) ffbaje account at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

ffbaje conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of the account activation and withdrawal processing workflow. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in your account being restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed to ffbaje's satisfaction.

All financial transactions on the ffbaje platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ffbaje does not operate foreign-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are charged by ffbaje; however, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which ffbaje bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are processed via the following accepted payment methods: bKash (Personal and Merchant), Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ffbaje's discretion with notice published on the platform. Deposits are credited to your ffbaje wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing systems. ffbaje does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers from third-party accounts, or deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a mobile money account registered in the same legal name as your ffbaje account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Accounts that have completed KYC verification in good standing are eligible for same-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time. Processing times of 1–3 business hours apply under normal operating conditions. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 24 hours. ffbaje is not responsible for delays caused by mobile money network outages or maintenance windows on the part of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Withdrawal conditions: Where a deposit has been used to claim a bonus offer, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion only; the original deposit principal remains withdrawable at any time.

ffbaje reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request where fraud, account compromise, or money laundering is suspected. Verified accounts in good standing will not normally face additional verification beyond the initial KYC process.

As a registered player on ffbaje, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one ffbaje account, whether using your own identity or another person's.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ffbaje platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the ffbaje platform, including the random number generators, betting odds engines, or payment processing systems.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on ffbaje. ffbaje is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the appropriate authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any ffbaje customer support representative or other player through any communication channel.
• Attempting to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or incorrectly posted odds. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void. ffbaje will correct errors as soon as they are identified and reserves the right to void affected bets and adjust account balances accordingly.

ffbaje reserves the right to monitor all account activity, betting patterns, and financial transactions for compliance with these Terms. Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Activity that triggers automated or manual risk flags will be subject to review, which may include a temporary account hold pending investigation.

ffbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or multi-accounting.
• Suspected use of funds of illegal origin.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Violation of the responsible gaming provisions, including verified underage access.

Voluntary closure: You may close your ffbaje account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ffbaje will process any pending withdrawals of your verified real-money balance to your registered mobile money account before deactivating the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant accounts: If your account has been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months and carries a positive real-money BDT balance, ffbaje will attempt to contact you using your registered mobile number. If no response is received within 30 days of that notification, an administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the dormant balance until the account is reactivated or the balance is exhausted. Dormant accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
